I love my Weber Baby Q. We use it for grilling the odd half-dozen sausages in the depths of winter, for crisping up chicken off the WSM, anything really. Can take it to the beach too.

You definitely need at least two BBQs.

Well, in a strange turn of events, I now have a 57cm WSM, a 37cm smokey joe, and a 57cm One touch premium. B&Q had the smokey joe for £30 and the other for £129 seemed a good deal.

Paid £342 for the WSM but they have stuck the price back up.

Just did burgers and sausages with wood chips, amazing burger, sausages were a different texture to what I was expecting.

On another note. My door doesn't fit very well in the top corners, has anyone modified theirs? If so how?

I did it in the end, see the section half way down this http://bbqfanatic.blogspot.co.uk/2012/0 ... .html#more. I didnt think itd make much difference but it really has.
