Baby Back Ribs

Post by Big_Fat_Dan »

Afternoon guys and girls, tonight i shall be taking the plunge and smoking some ribs for the first time, so i'm after some advice/recipe's and some do's and don'ts.

I've made a rub which i applied last night, i used Meathead's Memphis dust and Cuan from BBQ Fanatic's gave me some advice yesterday on twitter which i will probably try, but basciaclly would like to hear your recipes and cooking times and temps. Cheers.

How did it go? You need close to five hours really, from lighting the coals to eating.
