Grilled Pumpkin For your Halloween BBQ try this dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Cut a pumpkin up into squares scoring the skin, making sure that all the seeds are removed for roasting later on. Dribble melted butter over the pieces and sprinkle 3 tbl spoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon all spice, and 1 teaspoon nutmeg over the top and grill for 35-40mins.
