Yep. My 18" WSM door isn't too bad but the 22" leaks a lot

Just went to have a look at mine, it sticks out at the top left by a mm or so, not sure if it's a problem?

It's not just about the fitment of the door to the WSM but also the door is made from thicker steel so you'll loose less heat from the front door and it'll make the wsm more stable.

Cant wait usually but geddin used to it as i amass my kit, spent most of this week waiting for one thing or another...just recieved a bumper box of ingredients from "The Rye Spice Co." also ordered partyq from america along with some other odds & ends....then practice, practice, practice 8-)

such a shame we dont have more choice/availability over here........yet

To be brutally honest Gazz I wouldn't hold my breath, maybe our kids/grandkids will have much more of a choice, as and when the word spreads. Who knows, maybe the sucesses of our champions past & present along with Harry's good words may encourage one of our colonial cousins to open a franchise in the UK. We can but hope :D
