Dirty bone in Ribeyes

All this talk of T-bones made me think of these Dirty bone in Ribeyes I cooked last week, dirty, as in straight on the coals.
Mind blowingly good they were. 4 week dry aged from Dexter cattle. A little BBQ rub and onto the coals.
Medium rare.....awesome!
Cheers
