it is incredibly obvious for those of us in the know, was amazed last year looking at a yellow bag of charcoal in B and Q which had the warning message in white, took me ages to find and i was looking for it. Unfortunately people think fireplace inside to keep warm, BBQ inside to keep warm, they dont think of the extraction. Shows like masterchef dont help showing chefs using BBQ's inside and not pointing out that they have a huge extractor fan above which isnt shown in a single shot!
