There is no point in this post but to share my love for the humble left over.
The last time i got the ProQ out was on Christmas eve, where i cooked for the whole family. Chickens, Pork shoulders, Mac n Cheese, BBQ beans done on the ProQ and a few garlic breads, absolutely loads, and there was plenty left over.
I ended up mixing the chicken in with the pork and i froze what was left, including the mac n cheese and beans, and have been steadily feasting on pork and chicken buttys with a side of Mac N Cheese without any fuss.
Anyway the last went last week so I took a picture to keep the memory alive!
Here is my salute to the leftover!
The wonder of leftovers.....

I like the idea of mixing the chicken and pork!
It has to be said, thank *god* that bbq does work so well for leftovers. Not because there are *ever* any leftovers left in our house, but because I like to fill my smoker to the brim every time, so for example last night a chicken and some ribs for me and Mrs was more than enough, but to make good use of the charcoal I did a 15lb shoulder of pork too. That's resting as I type and will be shredded and frozen ready for instant bbq goodness in a week or so!

Ahh Nice, that is organised to the max!
I have some baby backs defrosting as we speak, but not sure to oven or fire up the proQ.

Just a thought, but should we have a forum for "leftovers" so people can post their ideas. I must admit I am running out of fresh ideas for the Pulled Pork and Brisket.
Having just stuffed myself with pulled pork fajitas
