thanks very much to everyone that replied to my previous post, i wanted to to reply to each one individually but couldnt see how to do it ,so just wanted to say that i took all your good advice on board and im now looking to invest in a bullet smoker or kettle bbq, i wiil let you know how i get on. thanks again nick ........
