Hi All
Has anyone built and driven one of these yet?
This is going to be my next project!
Need to cook a whole hog old style with wood only.
All info most welcome.

I have already built a mini version of a hog box/cajun microwave, but this doesn't allow me to get that smoke flavour I am looking for, hence me wanting to build an old style hog roast pit.Catsup and Mustard wrote:The “Hog Box” by Mr Pork is something I am interested on build info, not sure if the same thing.
I have managed to find a lot of info on the net and the link Kieth sent was really good.

Yes nice one, I've still got the hankering for a suckling pig on my rotisserie and the nice peeps at Weber have given me some idea about timing. I'll be cooking it on Father's Day (so I'll be full of ideas but knackered after Harry Soo on the Saturday)
