Talking to my brother in california last night he walked into a store there that sells Cosco returns and spots 3 kamado classic b series all with bits missing.
The checkout girl doesnt mind as he builds up one good one and then gets it brand new unused for $247 which works out arround £158 and included the rain cover!
Just has to be the steal of the century but good for him !

I've had friends with similar expeiences, but never me 
One mate walked into the main Swarovski dealers, apparantly they also do Military Spec rifle scopes etc, they apologised they couldn't help and asked him if he would like these "damaged" range-finding binoculars as a consolation. They had been in the window and the outer cardboard box had faded!!!!! That was the sum total of the damage
