Me and my comments and idea's

I want a Pitmaster aswell at some point ;)

There's quite a big range of this BBQ stuff at an Asda which is local to Keith and myself, im sure my wife wants to get some and pretend I did it over night at our next bbq, she hates the maverick going off during the night when my temps drop, this is my reasoning for a Pitmaster IQ and im sure our friends would notice........well I hope they would

Get a team together, enter the comp & I can assure you that, as always, IBQN judging will be impartial. :D Not sure what you would use for chocken, but Asda does, ribs pork & brisket :D

Surely that is against the rules? :-)

Though it might may well be interesting to see how they are judged in a double blind situation like this.
