The ribs are bought
Last night I bought the ribs to smoke tomorrow. Starting the marinading tonight.

Don't put too much salt in the marinade, they'll start to cure!!

Seven and half hours in the barbecue stacker and the ribs were delicious. The hot sauce was good! I had a tingling sensation across half of my face.
The weather's not looking up to BBQ for a while now though. Maybe tomorrow night I'll get something going.
