Hello

Post by Overgone5 »

My name's Mark, I'm currently a student at Nottingham Trent University studying Furniture & Product Design in my final year. I'm doing my minor project on BBQ utensils, saw your website and thought it would be great to pick your brains about certain things.

I'll be posting a list of different questions in a new thread in 'General' in the future, so until then thank you for reading and I'll keep everyone posted on the developments as I work on the project.

Cheers,
Mark

Hi Mark welcome, I'm sure people will be willing to pass on their ideas. Here is one for starters, a lot of "spatulas or fish slices" come with a bottle opener, a good idea in principle but they are generally on the head or shaft put a heavy duty one on the actual handle this saves juices running down the utensil. :)

Hi guys cheers for the welcome! Yeah I've been toying with the idea of having a bottle opener on EVERY utensil, just because you never know what situation you'll be in when you next need to open a beer... Also I hadn't thought about designing a Fish Slice I'll have to look into that.

I'm going to post up a forum questionnaire in a moment, this won't be on a separate website it'll simply be on here,

Cheers again
