Decent pit thermometer

Post by CyderPig »

Hi All
Can anyone recommend a decent and accurate dial type pit thermometer for my new build.
The ones I have bought in the past have all lied and been out by up to 50 degrees.
Cheers
Si

I don't have anything except the old boiling water test to check it out, but I just bought one of the ETI deep frying thermometers to use in my UDS and it's pretty accurate!
