Hello, My american wife has given a smoker for christmas after talking all summer about getting one, I'm so happy that she did and I can't wait to use it, anyway just wanted to say hello and a happy new smoking year to everyone

I was thinking of a chicken or a cut of pork first, starting simple and building up to the big stuff
