Perolytic interior lining and disposable grill racks!

I hate cleaning up after a cook (And that's with foil on everything!)

Or even something that you take apart and put in the dish washer like I have with some of the rib racks - lifesaver

Hi All
Whole Hog cooking size smoker, with smaller racks to do normal type cooks, charcoal trays to turn it into a large grilling BBQ, Discada with (dare I say it) Gas power.
Tandoor plus a Rocket Stove to make sauces and put on a brew.
OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the feedback and keep it coming, everything is being digested! I really want to see racks that easily fit into a dishwasher!

I've asked several UK hog roaster companies if they could make one with a smoking element and the reply was 'why would we do that?'

Stupid question. 'Because it would taste better' I said.

That's when they normally hung up :)
