So I'm new to charcoal bbq but have recently bought a billy basic Weber charcoal. My last couple of BBQ's were cheap-o gas one's so I've gotta learn a whole new level of bbq-ing now! (if the weather, my kids, work and my missus ever let me!
Also in the rather slow process of landscaping the garden....
Anyways, looking forward to learning more here and taking part along the way.
