Hi there names Terry aka Smokey T, i enjoy BBQing and just started to smoke my own food after years of wanting too do it. I have a real passions for food and for the art of BBQing, any tips and tricks are most welcome for smoking, i can also give recipes of homemade burgers and many dry rubs and marinades.

ProQ Amigo, was recommended when i was speaking to the seller so i cant wait to get the coals a burning and the smoke a smoking as i have also slow cooked my BBQ ribs and i want to add a Smokey flavour with a hickory and apple wood chip mash up.
