Hello from sunny Wigan!

Post by ParatusBBQ »

I have been lurking on here for a while now, but last week I took the plunge into BBQ heaven. I bought the Weber One Touch Premium and a Dancook 7100. I smoked a chicken too, it was divine. Last night I smoked another chicken and some ribs. Again, these were delicious! I definitely have the BBQ bug! I hope to become a great contributing member, and I will definitely post some pics next time I get on the grill!

Hello and welcome to the forum :) It sounds as if you've already jumped onto the smoking bandwagon with both feet! I've only been on the forum for about a month but already I have learned alot about smoking and cooking low and slow :)

Many thanks guys! I can tell you one thing, my wallet is feeling a hell of a lot lighter due to bbq accessory purchases! I am also thinking of getting cast iron grates for the kettle. Does anyone have any reviews or any knowledge of them?
