Hello from sunny Wigan!

I have been lurking on here for a while now, but last week I took the plunge into BBQ heaven. I bought the Weber One Touch Premium and a Dancook 7100. I smoked a chicken too, it was divine. Last night I smoked another chicken and some ribs. Again, these were delicious! I definitely have the BBQ bug! I hope to become a great contributing member, and I will definitely post some pics next time I get on the grill!

Hello and welcome to the forum It sounds as if you've already jumped onto the smoking bandwagon with both feet! I've only been on the forum for about a month but already I have learned alot about smoking and cooking low and slow

Many thanks guys! I can tell you one thing, my wallet is feeling a hell of a lot lighter due to bbq accessory purchases! I am also thinking of getting cast iron grates for the kettle. Does anyone have any reviews or any knowledge of them?
