Savannah, GA and Charleston SC

Just wondered if anybody has been to either of these two cities and can recommend a good Barbecue place?

We're off to Florida for 12 days in September and for the first 5 days, doing a 900+ mile plus road trip up to Charleston.

We have 1 night in Savannah, and 2 nights in Charleston then another back down in St Augustine FL before finishing back in Orlando for a week.

We are sorted for places to go in Orlando, and St Augustine as well as 1 night in Charleston, we booked a river cruise with the guys from Firey Rons Home Team BBQ www.hometeambbq.com but am looking for suggestions for Savannah, and the second night in Charelston?
