I've been tasked with cooking a 2.75kg pork shoulder (reduced to £3.91 in a local shop) however I'm not sure what to do with it?.
I'm not sure how long and what temp to cook at, but also my mrs is not keen on pulled pork so I'm not sure how to cook it?
What would you do?

Cook it at 300 to 350 and serve shredded duck style with pancakes, pull it super fine and she'll think it's a different meat. Failing that if you can cut it into steaks they're really good reverse seared, or my preference cooked in the sous vide and then seared on the grill

I had pork roasted over a log fire last weekend - it was amazing
Re: Something Different with pork?
I'm leaning towards, basic rub, not tray, slow cooking at about 170 then pouring in loads of charcoal and then finishing off on that nice and hot

I made Cubanos from a pork shoulder, very nice it was too.
