Help! I've got a 16lb highland cattle brisket to smoke, and I'm going to run out of wood pellets for my grill.
Does anyone know where I might be able to get some food grade hardwood/fruit wood pellets today?
Based in Hertfordshire/north west London.
Wood chips are no good. I've got a green mountain pellet grill, and me pukka pellets to run it.
I can only find online suppliers, which is no good when I need pellets today- Sunday
