Favourite side

Post by TakingtheBrisket »

So carrying on from Tiny's topic about mac'n'cheese, what's your favourite side to accompany your delicious meat feast?

Personally, i happy with meat, meat, meat with meat on the side with the occasional slices of bread or rolls! Well happy! :-D

Smoked BBQ beans. Side affects are not so pleasant. I also like smoked mixed nuts.

Home made salsa and slaw, sometimes beans but only as an adjunct to the star of the show which is the meat in all its guises and flavours :D

We do an apple coleslaw from a Jamie Oliver recipe that always goes down a treat.
