Hi All
Was in Costco earlier and see they had pork loins with the ribs in, was a big chunk of meat but only about £25.00
Are they worth getting on the smoker??
The wife wasn't that interested as she thought a lot of it would go to waste as we have no plans to bbq in the weather we've been having here.
What's your thoughts

Not done it myself but it can be smoked and should turn out quite tasty and moist, this cut was featured on Man vs Food, the guy prepped it with a reciprocating saw (Resaw). You've spotted what was referred to as the male end

Hi
I do remember that episode but I didn't look that closely at the ends of the joint, was quite long and thick, just picked it up looked at the ribs and heard the wife grumble something about being to big and will go to waste lol
Have to go back during the week to pick up one of my boys xmas presents so will have another look and try and get a photo

Pork loin is fantastic on the smoker, brine it to get it really juicy and tender and don't overcook it otherwise you risk drying it out.
