2 racks on a UDS

I use three 75mm M10 bolts for each rack, the top rack comes out, then the second I just tilt and pull out, which means that it must be empty when doing it.

Can be a bit of a pain when it's hot ;)

Almost complete. I cut up the grill on my old BBQ and used it for the sides of the charcoal basket.
Going to order a 42cm paella pan for the ash catcher, then it'll be ready.
