I'll be cooking our rib of beef on the wsm, won't be smoking it though as I don't think the flavour goes with a traditional roast, just low n slow until medium rare.

Anyone have an good video tutorial for festive/turkey cooking on the bbq or any online recipes?

+1 to the amazing ribs info - followed that for my turkey and it came out perfect!

We did hot smoked salmon on the smoker last Christmas. Flaked onto a bed of rocket with homemade aioli :D

I'm planning on smoking a ham on xmas day.

Beef ribs for new years eve.....mmmmmm i cant wait!!
