hey all, i just had a wife related incident with my 733. Apparently when the probe cables get coloured after a cook they should be thrown away...........

any ideas about replacements??

My meat probe died recently and i replaced it with this, the accuracy is very good (checked against my thermapen) so i'm pleased. Though the item i received wasn't a hybrid probe, it was a proper L shaped meat probe, good for my purposes but not if you wanted to replace a smoker probe with one.
