Hi folks just joined and hoping this is a nice friendly place with loads of help and advice :-)

I am thinking about purchasing a Green Egg and hoping some can advise, so looking forward to having a look around!

Hi and welcome from Sunderland just down the road :lol:

The Green Eggs are very popular for Back yard and for the comp guys but expensive. Restaurants use them as they are very reliable, have great heat retention being ceramic and have a VG support system but don't expect much change from a grand for the large (most popular) with the add ons :) .
