New Weber Summit

Does anyone know if we will be getting the new Weber Summit Grilling Centre in the UK, and how much it will cost? They've started selling them in the US and Canada, but I've only seen the version without the performer side table being sold in the UK so far.

Not worth anything like that imo. Maybe 1/3rd of that.

Wouldn't touch one with a barge pole for the sort of money they want.

You could buy a pellet grill and a master touch and still save money!

Don't know what weber were thinking.

I don't believe anyone will ever buy one unless they are the kind of little purple person in a pink polo neck that just wants everyone to know they have more money than sense, anyone that had an IQQ higher than a tandoori Naan would buy a ceramic if they wanted to go charcoal a pellet if they wanted to be clever or a monster gasser if they needed to make up for certain inadequacies in the trouser dept.

The Weber Summit is as sensible proposition as deep frying your own head, conceptually you might think its a good idea but any attempt will end in tears. Even if you were properly minted you would go to the shop and think "no, if I do this it will make me look like such a cock womble / Fek trumpet I cannot live with myself" and will buy an Egg.

Weber Summit, the double skinned metallic posing pouch of beezlebub himself,

Don't buy one

They could have absolutely destroyed competition from the ceramics if they priced it sensibly.

I've tried many BBQ/smokers and nothing touches the ceramics for a family unit irrespective of the very expensive advertising campaign.
