Hello from sunny Northern Ireland fellow BBQ people!
Recently purchased a gas 6 burner (saturn) outback from good old homebase, owned it 3 days and had 4 bbqs lol, amazing flavour, horrible rain not really sure if its a good one or not but i think its cool... has anyone had experience with them?
Anyway, joined here for advice on rubs, marinade and more (started dabbling with making sausage... its a mind field!)
