Hi there, greetings from the highest village in West Yorkshire. Been q'ing for many years but just treated myself to a new Kamado to supplement my Weber. Looking to pick up lots of tips from you guys and will obviously post any recipes etc myself.

Its only a small one for the time being till I can convince my bank manager (otherwise known as 'the wife') of it's benefits. And till I get to learn all the dark arts of course.
