Hello! I've been a barbecue fan for years. I first came across real BBQ when I lived in Texas in 1989-1991. Since then I've discovered Kansas City and North Carolina BBQ. Also Cypriot souvla.
I bought a large foukou and that is my usual bbq tool. I have a Cameron's smoker as well.
I live in Rochester, Kent with my African partner and we cook and eat outside as often as we can!
