Hi All,

Hi from the midlands. I'm Kevin and I've been barbecuing for about 8 years, and more seriously the past four or five. Over the last couple of years we have started to go to some comps and festivals to observe the contests and sample the left overs. I have an aspiration of setting up or joining a team to compete on a "for fun" basis in the next year or so.

I'm a happy amateur and nowhere near cooking often enough to be good enough to be a contender, but always keen to cook more, do more and learn more.
