Hi everyone :)
I live in Kent by the coast. I have been grilling for years and I have just purchased my first smoker (jumbuck).
It came in a box and I will be putting it together at the weekend.

Hi Dennis

i have just, i have been grilling for years and just bought my first smoker. i also live in Kent. how did you get on, i have put mine together today and have yet to use it. any tips?
