First post from Deptford, South East London. Been studying plenty on YouTube vids of fellas smoking brisket on a Weber.
My question is, best place to buy brisket at a reasonable price? Supermarket butcher or high street butcher?
Also, specifically what am I asking him for and how much fat should he be trimming off?
What weight to feed four people?
