I’ve had a Weber kettle for ages but haven’t done much with it. Spent the last few days watching loads of YouTube videos on low and slow on the Webber so want to give it a go.
Thinking ribs or brisket for first cook, any suggestions on best low and slow for beginner?
Where to get rubs?
Where to get smoking wood in/near Berkshire? Or is mail order best?
