Smoked pasta???

Got a recipe for a killer 'Slaw or some hearty BBQ beans? Maybe you make some killer ABT's or something more inventive. This is the place to post your recipes.

Smoked pasta???

Has anyone smoked fresh pasta? I am wondering if it woud work.

Since becoming interested (obsessed) with smoking food I can't help but look at everything and imagine how it would taste smoked.


I'm guessing it would work however the question is probably about how deep the flavor gets into the pasta before it either drys out or needs to be taken out.

So if it works I'm thinking the possiblities are endless...
