New Sponsor I.O.Shen Knives

Postby British BBQ Society » 17 Jun 2011, 11:43

We would like to welcome I.O.Shen as a sponsor of Ready Steady Q at the Big Feastival. All the knives in the I.O.Shen range (12 in total) have used the very latest technology to construct a blade that is not only amazingly sharp but will also retain their edge for a phenomenal amount of time. They have also been hand sharpened to a 15° angle, which allows for wonderful slicing and portion control. http://www.ioshenonline.co.uk

Very Nice,

Have had a I.O Shen oriental slicing knife for a couple of years and can vouch for all thats been said. Wickedly sharp and easy to keep sharp. Would seriously consider more if I actually had any space left on the knife rack. Stacked with Wusthoff, global, Kasumi and Satake knives.

Mmm really really sharp ...managed to slice half way thru my finger pad (only a 4 stitch wound)...must make note to self ..wear Kevlar when useing this knife >.<
