I've never cleaned the inside of my smoker. Only the outside of my Pro Q. I use a spray cleaner, vim from wilkinsons. Does the job for me :)

Sadly i managed to spill loads of Brisket juice in the bottom of mine after last weekend so i'll be having to give it a bit of a wash out but i'll only use a bit of warm soapy water.
