Please remember to make it known exactly who you are, secret handshake and all . 8-)
The only secret handshake I know is from being a Boy Scout and that's done with your left hand, can I just go for a code word like "Stash" and I'll show you my BBBQS tattoo, actually no I can't there will be children present  Maybe I'll just carry a paper and wear a rose

I'm in Bristol on the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd for birthday shenanigans and discovered soon after booking the hotel that grillstock was on. Bonus!!!

I have only just joined this forum so am looking to learn as much as I can, hopefully Grillstock will be a good start.

If anyone fancies a beer and some brisket just holla....
:D

Can anyone give me an idea of what to expect at grillstock?
What time does it wind down, is it a daytime only event?
Will we be able to eat loads of free BBQ or is it a case of pay as you go?
Is there music on all the time or just certain periods?
Sorry if my questions seem a bit inane, I did go not the grillstock website but still wasn't sure what we can expect.
I was hoping to spend Sat and Sunday there otherwise the ladies we are with may drag us around the clothing stores of Bristol, god help us....
