Congrats on a good result. I must say i was really impressed with my first attempt. A temp probe is a must otherwise it would be so hit and miss. I'm sure a championship BBQer would blow my brisket out of the water though.
I've gotta say that i can't wait to cook another. It's my Bros wedding in a months time and i'm taking the Traeger so i reckon it will be then!
