I think that a reasonable level of chilli is important. Its just a case of getting the balance right... :twisted:

Never enuff Chilli for me :0) get some habenero flakes or if you can possibly get them Bhut Jolokia (a naga variant) ,,,really good flavour and u use miniscule amounts of it. Scotts bonnet is quite good too but nowhere near as good and habs or nagas ...personal taste tho worth a look.
