Hi Wade, propbably of absolutely no use what-so-ever as a suggestion, but, Billy Connoly's new book on Rte 66 is out now, maybe something in there.

I have been watching the TV series so far and he has given us some great ideas - not too many BBQ places though unfortunately. I Will get the book before we go as there will probably be more in it.

Just finished another batch of Pastrami, have a nice little cottage business going on locally.
