I've only frozen it in bulk, ie without making links and it's been fine.

To be honest I don't make links all that often, I tend to make fatties, my friends seem to prefer a slice of fatty on a barmcake to a sausage. I suspect it's to do with the bacon wrap I'm ordered to apply somehow though :lol:
