Actually I think I was injecting it into brisket with some other stuff - didn't work!

wow! haven't been on for a while and had given up on the idea of smoking wings but not now....mucho food for thought, smoke and deep fry combo on the cards if this freakin rain stops for a while over the next day or 2. thanks for the advice
