There is nowhere to get them in the UK, I picked up a set when I was in the UK, however amazon.com sells them so you can get them alternatively there are a few friendly distibitors in the USA that I can point you to. As for installation, we used the drill bit in the link, which is a pretty close match. Once you install the thermometer and install the bolt on the inside ot seals it nicely and is really firm. I can really recommend these thermometers.
