Re: I´m back
as promissed here the first recipe
just wanted to find a way, to get a crispy skin on chicken legs.
nothing is worse than fatty skin.
heard a lot about how to grill chicken best.
first direct or first indirect?
I grilled my chicken legs indirect.
Before I put them on the grill, I seasoned them with my basic rub and let them chill for a few hours.
(paprica poweder, garlic & onion powder, brown sugar and ceyene.
First I grilled them for about 50 min. indirect at 140°. For the last minutes I grilled them at highest temp to make skin crispy.
my pastrami burger
simple, good, tasty.......I know I´m bragging.
A simple burger patty on cucumber and tomatoe slices.
Topped with cheese, homemade pastrami, my bbq sauce and horseradish
