Brisket leftovers

I quite often use left over brisket in beef in black bean and the added smokey flavour and the texture of the meat go really well.

Also brisket works well in a beef pie as well.

We've used the leftover brisket diced up along with standard minced steak in homemade chilli, it adds a real depth of flavour. I think it was the only time both my 1 year old and 2 year old ate all their dinner!
