If you want to argue this with them it's up to you, but the amount of charcoal i go through if i was getting over charged £1.50 per bag it would soon add upto a reasonable amount.

Luckily i haven't had to buy any charcoal for a while :mrgreen:

Anyway i know that Big K only charge 5% VAT on their restaurant grade charcoal.

Blame the iPad :-)

I take that back. Checked the hmcr website and solid fuel for domestic use is 5%, but for business use is 20%. So bigk are on the ball if they're delivering to a domestic address.
