Sounds like a drool-worthy road trip - Very jealous!

It's a touch off-route for you (although not that far from London, in the scheme of things), but if you haven't been before, I'd highly recommend a stop down in Brighton, to go and see John (Joker Smoker) at Bar-B-Q Shack at The World's End.
